| In the second movement, the dragon has descended and lands on a hilltop far removed from the life of the city. Here, he takes a nap and if you listen closely, you can hear his eyelids drooping, and his mind wandering off into dreamland. At times he is startled but never quite fully awakens…until the last chord. Here, he is awakened and gives a single, angry growl. |
